Requirements:
1. You must know how to use FTP, html codes, and perhaps php coding.
2. You need to have experience with making websites... (Piczo doesn't count.)
3. Must be willing to update atleast 4 times out of a week ( or 7 days).
4. *Have atleast one MQ image account (untagged).
5. Should... be a Selena fan =)
